2. Conclusion of Contract

7. Warranty and Liability
7.1 Statutory warranty rights apply (Mängelhaftungsrecht). 7.2 Leather is a natural product. Minor variations in color, texture, or natural markings are characteristic of the material and do not constitute a defect, provided they do not affect the functionality of the product. 7.3 We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

8. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

9. Final Provisions
9.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). 9.2 If you are a merchant (Kaufmann), the place of jurisdiction is our registered office.
