Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Costs and Destinations
We ship our products (leather, leather working tools, and finished leather goods) to the following countries. The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the shipment and the destination address.

2. Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the product description, the following delivery periods apply:

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by the customer. These include:

As of 2026, new EU regulations require customs duties on all e-commerce imports regardless of value. Please consult your local customs office for specific details regarding leather imports.

4. Tracking and Carriers
